Elysia Cerreta-Dial (She/Her)

APRN

As an APRN, I specialize in care for adults and geriatric patients. I recently went back to school to obtain a post-master’s certificate in behavioral health at Johns Hopkins. Now, I can provide care for both physical and mental health, including but not limited to anxiety and depression.

I graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in science, then attended Southern Connecticut State University’s accelerated nursing program for my second bachelor’s. In 2010, I began my career in healthcare as a registered nurse at Midstate Medical Center and in 2014 started my journey to my Doctorate in Nursing Practice.

My first job as an APRN was in a community health center in Waterbury. I loved that I was making a difference in the community. I joined the HCAI team in August of 2018 looking to be of service to the LGBTQ+ population. I am grateful to work for an organization where we can take the time to go above and beyond, welcoming everyone who walks through the door. I can ensure that my patients receive not only appropriate medical care but that their social needs are addressed to the best of our ability.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife, family, and our rescue dogs. We enjoy traveling, volunteering in our community, and just spending time together. Looking forward to meeting you in the office!
