Office Hours

Our current operating hours are:

In-Person Office Visits: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 10 am – 4 pm
Telemedicine: Monday – Friday: 10 am – 4pm

Medical Emergencies

In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, do not wait. Call 911 immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

Insurance

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans, including AARP, Anthem BCBS, Connecticare, Connecticut AIDS Drug Assistance Program (CADAP), CIGNA, Health Care for Uninsured Kids and Youth (HUSKY), and Oxford Health Plans / UnitedHealth Group. Please contact your insurance company or call our office to find out if we accept your plan. 

Payment and Billing

If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you have a question related to your bill or insurance, please give us a call.

Referrals

Referrals for specialist evaluation or diagnostic testing may require insurance preauthorization and cannot be processed immediately. Insurance guidelines prohibit us from backdating referrals. We require three business days for the processing of routine referrals.

Prescription Requests

Prescriptions are issued during our regular office hours. You can make your request by calling your pharmacy.
