Registered Nurse
Megan is a compassionate and highly skilled registered nurse at HCAI. With over a decade of clinical experience spanning critical care and oncology, Megan brings both technical expertise and heartfelt dedication to every patient interaction.
A graduate of Sacred Heart University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (2009) and Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2010), Megan began her career in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Nassau University Medical Center in NY, cross-trained in both the medical and cardiac ICUs. This early experience laid the foundation for a deep understanding of complex care and the importance of human connection in healing.
Prior to joining HCAI, Megan served in oncology at Smilow Cancer Hospital, where she supported patients through some of life’s most challenging moments. It was here that her passion for building meaningful relationships truly flourished—believing that trust, empathy, and open communication are as vital as clinical skill.
Today, Megan continues to prioritize patient relationships, creating a safe and affirming space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered in their health journey. Whether delivering preventive care or guiding patients through specialized treatments, she remains committed to treating every person with dignity, compassion, and respect.
